Bulk Handling Rollers by ELCO Conveyors
Elco Conveyors bulk handling rollers and troughing sets are manufactured to the highest standards in various diameters and lengths incorporating fully welded pressed end housings fitted with deep groove precision ball bearings and extra flame retardant, multi-lip seals.
End bearing arrangements are grease packed then finished with pressed steel cover caps to help stop the ingress of detritus and moisture.
All our bulk handling rollers can be fitted in our standard multi-trough & unitrough troughing sets to suit various belt widths.
Standard diameters are ⌀63, ⌀76, ⌀89, ⌀102, ⌀108 and ⌀127
Heavier Duty Rollers
When our standard bulk handling bulk handling range doesn't suit your application or you need heavier duty rollers where bearings are replaceable, we manufacture bespoke solutions in any tube diameter & length with multiple bearing options.
These can be manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, nylon, polyethelene, polypropylene and rubber finish.
